As I said earlier, Global Poker is legit painlessly straightforward to use once you’ve logged in and landed on the brand’s main gamer dashboard, too – and you’ll be happy to hear that all users, regardless of device, get the exact same interface to play with here. Which I think is great.

Browser-wise, I’ve found both Brave and Google Chrome seem to work best across most mainstream-brand smartphones and PCs, as well as iPhones, iPads, and Macs. If you roll with Edge, you might find that some of the brand’s more interactive table games are a little slower to load.

My Global Poker review found there’s a minimum prize redemption threshold in place. Basically, you’ll need to have at least 50 SC in your account before you can request a prize exchange.

Once you’ve built up a big enough SC balance, you can pick from prize options aplenty on the “Redeem” page but might have to wait anywhere from three to 10 business days for your prize to be sent to you.

If ever you have any burning questions for Global Poker mid-game, you certainly won’t run into any trouble getting answers. As I said before, the brand offers a ton of different how-to guides, which cover topics ranging from how to play different kinds of poker games to how GC and rakeback work.

These are always a good first port of call, but if you want to speak to an actual human being about a more pressing issue, Global Poker has that base covered, too. Scroll to the bottom of any of the brand’s web pages, hit “Help Center”, and you’ll be able to submit a request to their support team, which will be answered in 24 hours or less.

Global Poker is generally considered legit and safe for social poker enthusiasts. It is in fact licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Which is great to know, but actually, licensing isn’t really a top-priority in the social casino world – you’re playing with GC and SC here instead of real funds, which makes Global Poker different from regular social casino sites, most notably in the fact that play amount licenses aren’t actually an outright requirement.

By far a bigger concern for most gamers should of course be whether Global Poker’s actually available where you live. Overall, labeling Global Poker as a scam is inaccurate based on the overall user experience and its legal operation model.
