Pokemon Unite is one of the most popular mobile MOBAs, but is it available on PC? Yes and no.
Fans of Pokemon never find themselves short on games to play. The ongoing support for mobile titles like Pokemon TCG Pocket and Pokemon GO ensures fans always have some Pokemon ready to go, even if they only have their phone handy. However, some MOBA players may be a bit bothered playing on a phone.
Much like League of Legends: Wild Rift, Pokemon Unite was a MOBA built specifically for mobile play. Whereas most PC-based MOBAs have games that last 30 minutes to an hour, Pokemon Unite is hard-capped at 10 minutes per match. In addition, its control was made with mobile gestures in mind. Even so, some fans want to play Pokemon Unite on PC, but is it officially supported?
Is Pokemon Unite on PC?
Pokemon Unite has no official PC port, but can be played through the use of an Android emulator. The game is officially available on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as the Nintendo Switch.
The Pokemon Company has no announced plans to port the game to other platforms. Fans on social media have long wanted a PC port, primarily for better internet speeds.
However, The Pokemon Company has never acknowledged the idea of porting the game to a non-mobile device. Given the game’s massive success and how long it’s been since the official release, most think an official PC port will unlikely ever happen. Even so, fans found a way to bring the Pokemon MOBA to PC.

Pokemon fans can play Pokemon Unite on PC using the program Bluestacks, or other Android emulators.
The popular Android emulator Bluestacks enables players to enjoy mobile games on a desktop. Pokemon Unite is one of the most popular choices for the app. Here’s the step-by-step method for playing Pokemon Unite on PC:
- Install BlueStacks on PC
- Sign into the Google Play Store through the BlueStacks app
- Search for Pokemon Unite
- Install Pokemon Unite
- Click on Pokemon Unite icon in the BlueStacks home screen
Just like that, players can enjoy Pokemon Unite on a whole new platform. In addition to mouse and keyboard support, Bluestack also provides native controller support for the game. This allows players to either recreate the Nintendo Switch experience on new hardware or enjoy something else entirely. While not quite a perfect solution, this method works great for PC players who want some Pokemon MOBA fun.
