Razer has delivered a new set of esports-focused peripherals dedicated to Counter-Strike legend Nikola “NiKo” Kovac, but are they the right fit for you?
There are loads of peripherals out there for PC gamers, but few of them are as hyper-focused as these on readiness for competitive play. The NiKo Collection by Razer fills that niche, with a four-piece set of high-end, highly customizable accessories. Here’s everything there is to know about this gear, and whether it’s worth picking up.

Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro NiKo Edition mouse review
The DeathAdder V4 Pro mouse is the highlight of Razer’s NiKo collection and likely its best overall piece of hardware.
At first glance this might not seem like a lightweight mouse. Most such mice make it extremely obvious by cutting out most of the case, giving them a breathable but flimsy feel. That’s not the case with the DeathAdder. The DeathAdder V4 Pro looks like a full mouse, but checks in at just 57 grams.
It’s not just the weight that makes this mouse impressive. It can be used wired or wirelessly, with excellent responsiveness for those who connect via its included Bluetooth dongle.
Our only critique about the mouse is its lack of buttons. While its specs and features work just fine for a long list of games, it has just two extra buttons on the left side of the mouse. That’s enough for most, but players who prefer a mouse that effectively has a keyboard on the side will be left wanting.
Even so, this is a high-performance mouse that remains sturdy despite its light weight.

NiKo Edition Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset review
The BlackShark V3 Pro headset is a more nondescript part of this set, but it’s still an all-around good gaming headset. The BlackShark V3 line of headsets first arrived in 2025, with the Pro model coming with every bonus feature a gamer could hope for.
For gaming purposes, there isn’t much that can be said other than that it’s just very good. The surround sound for PC gaming makes an ideal choice for any given competitive shooter, while the microphone is of surprisingly good quality for such a headset.
What makes it particularly strong relative to its competition is how easy it is to use outside of gaming. With a detachable microphone and a packaged USB-C-to-3.5mm jack cable that comes packaged with it. When connected via Bluetooth, it has preset settings that optimize it for gaming, movies, music, and more. The cherry on top is very good active noise cancellation for complete immersion. This makes it a strong all-around headset in addition to it excelling for gaming purposes.
The only potential drawback is the price tag. At $269.99, it carries a premium price tag that draws comparison to other high-performance headsets that also score well. It’s still a very good gaming headset, but true audiophiles will want to consider options at the price asked for.

Razer Huntsman V3 PRO TKL 8KHZ NiKo Edition review
The Razer Huntsman V3 keyboards are downright excellent and feature incredible customizability for PC gamers of any sort.
The standout feature here is the customizable analog optical switches. The keys are extremely sensitive, but players can adjust the actuation point for each key. This means that players can make it so that there won’t be any accidental ultimates in MOBAs when pressing the E key, and no surprise weapon switches when going forward after a strafe.
The RGB and aluminum case are striking to the eye, and exceptionally durable for those who regularly toss their keyboard into a backpack.
The Razer Huntsman V3 PRO TKL 8KHZ NiKo Edition in particular also comes with all the extra bells and whistles, including SOCD. That’s a feature that will get players automatically kicked from Counter-Strike 2 matches, but is a valuable addition in many modern FPS games.
The only knock on the NiKo Edition in particular is that it’s tenkeyless. The lack of a number pad and the print screen, scroll lock, and pause keys is a potentially awkward omission for anyone that’s an accountant by day and pub star by night. While the Huntsman V3 PRO has other models that offer a full keyboard, that’s not the case with the NiKo Edition.
With that being said, this is a true esports-focused keyboard. For people who want that kind of hardware, the NiKo Edition is a strong option. Those who want a full keyboard should look at other Huntsman keyboards, though.
Score: 8.0 out of 10
