Chance “Sodapoppin” Morris hasn’t pulled punches when it comes to his World of Warcraft: Classic guild OnlyFangs, and he discussed the kicks of streamers like Imane “Pokimane” Anys, Felix “xQc” Lengyel, and Michael “shroud” Grzesiek.
Since the beginning of OnlyFangs, Sodapoppin has not been pulling punches. He means business when it comes to the success of his World of Warcraft guild, which tasks members with grinding to level 60 in WoW Classic Hardcore within a few weeks. He expects the same from the other members of the guild, and he hasn’t been afraid to drop the hammer on streamers who fall short of his expectations regardless of how big they are.
WoW Classic Hardcore isn’t for the faint-hearted, with every death permanently ending a character’s existence and forcing players to start over at level one. Because leveling up is so treacherous, players need to constantly be on alert on the long road to level 60.
This process takes a significant time commitment, and Sodapoppin noticed some members of OnlyFangs weren’t putting in their hours. As head of the guild, he’s able to see when a player’s last log-in was, making it easy to determine who wasn’t taking the level 60 grind seriously. Speaking with some of the remaining members of the guild, Sodapoppin put together a slideshow of the “rogues gallery” of creators who have been removed from OnlyFangs.
Who has Sodapoppin kicked from OnlyFangs?
Sodapoppin has kicked a number of big names from OnlyFangs including xQc, Shroud, Sykkuno, and Pokimane.
During a stream by Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo, Sodapoppin was shown hosting a “panel” that included a slideshow to discuss the members of OnlyFangs that have been kicked from the WoW Classic Hardcore guild. He continued by stating that the members were removed for “not [being] here to play” the game.
Sodapoppin swiftly went into the list, showing all the ex-guild members who were kicked from OnlyFangs for inactivity. The breakdown included screen names, classes, levels, and the time since their last login. Here’s the full list of OnlyFangs members who were kicked:
- Nmpol
- Sykkuno
- Shroud
- xQc
- xChocoBars
- Pluto
- Pokimane
- Surefore
- ExtraEmily
- StarforgePCs
- Towellie
- PaymoneyWubby
- Tiffae
- Bnans
- Dansgaming
- Staysafe
With the exception of there being no date for xQc, the ex-members were all shown to have signed in within the last four to 13 days. Players were all over the map regarding character level. Bootybaeboi was listed despite having a level-60 character and his grandfather passing away recently until Sodapoppin revealed the inclusion on the list was a joke.
The group listening to the presentation noticeably groaned at some of the removal choices, including shroud. Sodapoppin also reiterated that xQc’s removal from the guild was an “ego check” and that he could be readmitted.
This isn’t the first time Sodapoppin has voiced his frustration at members of OnlyFangs. With his commitment to making OnlyFangs a brand in WoW Classic Hardcore, there’s a reason for being trigger-happy with kicks. With over 100 members in OnlyFangs, it’s only a matter of time before another slew of streamers find themselves on the chopping block for a perceived lack of effort.
