The Queen of Cuisine: Heart request is seemingly simple; bring her a dish cooked with Mellow Milk. The trouble is that it’s not that simple. Ingredients aren’t infinitely available, multiple different dishes use Mellow Milk, and cooking takes a block of time. Because of that, if players cook the wrong dish with Mellow Milk, it’s a must-reload.
That makes knowing which dish to cook a worthwhile step. Here’s how to complete the request, and what you get from it.
What does the classy woman want in The Queen of Cuisine: Heart request?
Metaphor: ReFantazio players need to bring the classy woman Benevolent Bread in order to complete her request.
Though several dishes can be made with Mellow Milk, the class woman isn’t really interested in those. What she really wants is some Benevolent Bread. Here are all the ingredients for Benevolent Bread and where to find them:
- Mellow Milk– Sold by most water merchants for 800 Reeve, including Opisth the Water Trader in Martira
- Fragrant Spice– Purchase from greengrocer girl on Cattleracket Road in Martira for 100 Reeve
- Orgo Sugar– Sold for 1,000 Reeve in Komero and Ligno, as well as the water merchant on Franco Street in Altabury Heights
In addition to buying these ingredients from merchants, there’s a chance for them to appear in the Gauntlet Runner’s pantry. Players can’t rely on this for acquiring the ingredients for repeat cooking.
Players are best-served by waiting to complete this quest until raising Maria’s rank up to four. Maria is one of the best followers to focus on in Metaphor: ReFantazio, as she lets players instantly cook food without spending a block of time. This will offer players the chance to hang out with other followers or complete other tasks.
Players can cook up some Benevolent Bread on the Gauntlet Runner as it’s moving. The first time players cook it, it will involve a cutscene with Heismay kneading the dough and offering a bit of lore on his backstory. Once Metaphor players have the food item, they can bring it over to the classy woman to complete the Queen of Cuisine: Heart request.
Benevolent Bread is an unusual item in Metaphor: ReFantazio, as it offers healing over time outside battle. Its high cost will price most players out of using it, though, but it’s a decent option if players happen to find the ingredients to make extra.
