Adin Ross has confirmed all is not well between him and Kick in a post on X, threatening to expose CEO Ed Craven.
Tension has been brewing between Kick’s golden boy Adin Ross and the platform. Things precipitated after Craven unfollowed him on X amid Ross teasing a move to a different platform. In response, Ross unfollowed Ed on Instagram without making any official statement about his status on Kick. Now, the streamer has finally revealed his true feelings about the platform and its CEO, confirming that all is not well.
Talking on X, Adin Ross has threatened to expose Ed Craven if he doesn’t make things right privately.
What happened between Adin Ross and Kick CEO?
During an interview, Kick CEO Ed Craven responded to the claims that Kick needs Adin Ross’s fanbase to stay relevant by saying that the streamer has nowhere to go since he is still banned on Twitch.
The CEO laughed off Adin Ross’ behavior as “engagement farming,” saying he is good at creating drama.
In response, Adin Ross made a series of posts on X threatening to reveal Ed Craven’s “real” face. He also demanded Craven reach out. The streamer said he doesn’t appreciate him joking about him leaving Kick, dismissing it as mere drama. He also stated that Kick offered him an eight-figure deal for a subathon in 2025.
“Eddie why lie to everyone when you just offered me an 8 figure deal to do a subathon on kick, not including subs?” Ross asked in a deleted X post.
Some fans believed that all of this is scripted to build up N3on’s potential signing with Kick. N3on is another controversial streamer being hailed as the next face of Kick and Ross’ replacement. Adin Ross has already responded to these claims, swearing on his “mother’s life” that it’s not a script.
Scripted or not, Craven isn’t entirely wrong. Adin Ross’ channel remains banned on Twitch, and with a potential fallout with Kick’s CEO, his options are limited. The streamer mentioned that he might consider streaming on YouTube or even X if Twitch doesn’t lift his ban.
It remains to be seen what’s next for Adin Ross, but his 1.5 million Kick followers are ready to move wherever he takes them. Some even believe Kick will crumble without him. Whether he leaves Kick or not, it’s safe to assume Adin Ross would much rather stream on Twitch. Ross has been trying to get unbanned on the platform for more than a year.
