Streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel recently claimed that his ex-girlfriend, Samantha “Adept” Lopez, has decided to sue him again, this time for $10 million.
xQc and Adept have been in the midst of an extreme drama since their breakup in 2022. A document was soon uncovered that showed the two were actually legally married, opening the door to various legal issues after the split. Most recently, xQc states that he was hit with a $10 million lawsuit. Though he can afford it, it was still seemingly a frustrating turn of events for the Juicer.
During an October 20 stream, xQc explained that the lawsuit is “exactly the same” as a previous lawsuit from Adept, except for being filed in California this time.
“I could f—–g dodge all the headlines by just settling. But I’ll say it before and say it again. This is money they do not deserve, that they didn’t work for, that will never go to them in those means ever. It will never happen. I don’t give a f— if it was just $10,” xQc said.
Later in the same livestream, xQc had some harsh words for his ex as he got more worked up: “You’re not getting $10 million, you f—–g greedy whale. You have no skill, no talent, and now you’re old.”
What happened between xQc and Adept?
xQc and Adept broke up after an on-again, off-again relationship that lasted two years.
xQc and Adept were married in 2020, although they initially told fans they were just “roommates.” While it started off as a whirlwind romance, with Adept even encouraging xQc to chase his dreams of playing Overwatch professionally, the relationship hit the rocks until they officially broke up in 2023. This was allegedly due to xQc not getting along with Adept’s family.
After, it was revealed that xQc and Adept were legally married. The breakup led to an ugly, public dispute between the two while the surprise marriage reveal has led them to courtrooms.
xQc once again heading back to court after divorce
xQc and Adept have had multiple legal battles since their split in 2023.
The most notable case includes a battle over a McLaren 720S sportscar worth over $300,000. Even though he doesn’t have a license, xQc went to court over the car and other assets he says she took, but a judge dismissed the $500,000 lawsuit.
The two Adept has yet to offer any public details about the alleged $10 million lawsuit.
Meanwhile, xQc and Adept were also having drama outside of court that was even more shocking to fans. The former Overwatch League pro shared a video of his Texas home on X, claiming he couldn’t live there peacefully anymore. He says he later returned to the house after Adept begged him to be there for her “safety.”
“Like a b—-, I caved in and slept in my own bed,” xQc tweeted.

At this point, Adept went to Instagram to share photos of xQc sleeping that also showed a wedding ring on her hand. Later, xQc claimed that these photos were taken from his phone while he was asleep and that he hadn’t actually started dating her again.
xQc moved to a new home but things didn’t end there. In one case, she was heard arguing with xQc off-camera during a stream over a dispute regarding shared accounts.
After the breakup, xQc streamed with a few female content creators who he was rumored to also be involved with. This includes Francine “Fran” Vo, who later confirmed she was in a relationship with xQc, but said she left after he cheated on her. The Juicer later confirmed that this happened, shocking fans.
