The rupture meta of ZZZ is finally taking shape and with the right ascension and upgrade materials, Yidhari might be a game-breaking agent.
Lucia and Manato have arrived in Zenless Zone Zero to kick off version 2.3. Manato represents just the second rupture unit in the game, while Lucia is a support dedicated to boosting rupture units. Still, options in the role are extremely limited but Yidhari will fix that to some degree.
Players who jump into ZZZ 2.3’s story content get a sneak peek at Yidhari, which only raises excitement for her release. The good news is that players can quickly build up everything they need to build her up.
Table of contents
Yidhari skill materials are the standard ZZZ ice agent items
Yidhari is an ice rupture agent, and players can expect to use the normal roundup of items to improve her skills.
This includes chips and Dennies, as well as Hamster Cage Passes for any individual skills players want to max out:
- Level 2: 2 Basic Freeze Chips, 2,000 Dennies
- Level 3: 3 Basic Freeze Chips, 3,000 Dennies
- Level 4: 2 Advanced Freeze Chips and 6,000 Dennies
- Level 5: 3 Advanced Freeze Chips and 9,000 Dennies
- Level 6: 4 Advanced Freeze Chips and 12,000 Dennies
- Level 7: 6 Advanced Freeze Chips and 18,000 Dennies
- Level 8: 5 Specialized Freeze Chips and 45,000 Dennies
- Level 9: 8 Specialized Freeze Chips and 67,500 Dennies
- Level 10: 10 Specialized Freeze Chips and 90,000 Dennies
- Level 11: 12 Specialized Freeze Chips and 112,500 Dennies
- Level 12: 15 Specialized Freeze Chips, 1 Hamster Cage Pass, and 135,000 Dennies
Players can get Freeze Chips through a variety of means. The fastest option is through the HIA, where players can effectively get one Specialized Freeze Chip and two to three Advanced Freeze Chips for every 20 Battery Charge. The Fading Signal shop also offers 50 Advanced Freeze Chips per month.
Each day, players can also get either two or five Basic Freeze Chips or Advanced Freeze Chips through Random Play. Having Hugo, Lycaon, Miyabi, Ellen, or Hugo work as promoter gives players five Basic Freeze Chips. The lone A-rank ice agent is Soukaku, who can give players two per day.
All Yidhari ascension materials
Yidhari’s ascensions are done through the various rupture certification items. Here’s what players need to get her to level 60:
- Level 20: 4 Basic Rupture Certification Seal and 24,000 Dennies
- Level 30: 12 Advanced Rupture Certification Seal and 56,000 Dennies
- Level 40: 20 Advanced Rupture Certification Seal and 120,000 Dennies
- Level 50: 10 Arbiter Certification Seal and 200,000 Dennies
- Level 60: 20 Arbiter Certification Seal and 400,000 Dennies
While each ascension raises her level cap, players will have to use agent EXP materials in order to actually raise her levels up that high. And of course, each ascension is only available after hitting the existing level cap.
There aren’t many options for getting certification seals. The only option players have is visiting Bertha at the HIA. The only other options are getting a few with each rupture agent demo or buying a few from the 141 convenience store. The latter option isn’t recommended as the Denny-to-material cost relative to Battery Charge isn’t favorable at 141.
All ZZZ boss materials for Yidhari core skills
Yidhari uses the same boss materials as fellow ZZZ 2.3 Spook Shack agents. The latest Zenless Zone Zero update added several new enemies, including new Notorious Hunt and Expert Challenge bosses. Here’s the breakdown:
- A: 5,000 Dennies
- B: 2 Higher Dimensional Data: Corrupted Dreamsteel and 12,000 Dennies
- C: 4 Higher Dimensional Data: Corrupted Dreamsteel and 28,000 Dennies
- D: 9 Higher Dimensional Data: Corrupted Dreamsteel, 2 Crimson Miasma Spike, and 60,000 Dennies
- E: 15 Higher Dimensional Data: Corrupted Dreamsteel, 3 Crimson Miasma Spike, and 100,000 Dennies
- F: 30 Higher Dimensional Data: Murderous Obituary, 4 Crimson Miasma Spike and 200,000 Dennies
Players needed to wait to build out Komano Manato and Lucia, as these boss materials only became available in version 2.3. Yidhari has a bit of an advantage in this regard, as players can actually pre-farm her materials.
On the Notorious Hunt front, players need to defeat the Wandering Hunter. Meanwhile, Lyla is the go-to source for Corrupted Dreamsteel. Five can be picked up for every 40-Battery-Charge battle against Corrupted Komano Manato.
Unfortunately, because Manato and Lucia both require these same boss materials, anyone who wants all three agents to be at full strength quickly needs to spend some Battery Charge. There are only three Notorious Hunt drops available per week, and each character needs nine to be maxed out. Even with the Logistics Shop offering four per month, players will need some time to fully kit each agent.
