Delete the community: Kai Cenat has harsh words on Adin Ross fans

Kai Cenat had some harsh words for fellow content creator Adin Ross, urging him to restart his career by divorcing himself from his current fanbase.

On July 14, Ross took to X and suggested that he was looking to be unbanned on Twitch. For years, Ross had been one of the top faces of rival streaming platform Kick, where he had become known for his gambling, inappropriate content, and association with Andrew Tate.

Now, Ross is claiming he will “not be the same” when he comes back and that he won’t be as focused on “toxic edginess.” Ross explained that other streamers had become scared to go on-air with him. Instead, he hopes he can have “mature” content and a fanbase to match in hopes of doing more collaborations on Twitch. But Kai Cenat feels Adin Ross has to do a bit more if he wants to actually return to Twitch.

After hearing about Ross’ hopes of returning to Twitch, Cenat decided he wanted to share some advice. As one of the most-followed people on Twitch in the world, even beating Felix “xQc” Lengyel, Cenat probably knows a thing or two about how to grow on the platform.

“F— the gambling, f— Miami. You got the bread. F— the gambling and just have fun with streaming, bro,” Cenat advised.

Though Kai Cenat seems to think that Adin Ross can move on, he seemingly feels his community might be too far gone. He said that Ross would have to completely rebrand, including dropping a large chunk of his following and fixing his chat because it’s “f—-d.”

“Adin, I’ll tell you what you have to hear and they might not want it. Delete the community…Get 10 good mods and take out anybody who gets out of line within the community,” Cenat said.

Is Adin Ross returning to Kick?

It’s unknown if Adin Ross will return to Kick.

While Ross is banned from Twitch, he also hasn’t streamed on Kick across much of 2024. On July 9, Ross claimed he would to streaming after having surgery and a mental health break. He hasn’t yet come back and has made repeated overtures to return to Twitch since then. Ross grew to prominence on Twitch but was given an indefinite ban in 2023 due to repeated violations of the community guidelines.

Though opinions of Adin Ross haven’t been particularly high for years, they haven’t gone up during his hiatus. Even his idol, Andrew Tate, said that Ross “doesn’t do any real work” and just “f—–g gambles,” before labeling him a “dumbass.”

Kai Cenat isn’t so sure Adin Ross has what it takes to actually make a comeback, especially on Twitch. It seems like Cenat thinks it’ll be a lot of work, including getting an entirely new fanbase, if Ross wants to prove he has changed.
