The Retail Industry Study Materials Commission actually doesn’t involve any answers. After a certain Trust level with Ben, text him about watching a movie. After an in-game day passes, Ben will visit Random Play and will watch the movie with the player. 

Doing the commission will unlock Ben as a promoter for Random Play. Players can choose whatever options they like here as it doesn’t impact the Trust Level. Players can also opt to replay the event and select different choices.

Hitting the maximum Trust Level with Ben gives resources, dynamic wallpaper for the pause menu, and Ben as a promoter for Random Play.

Each Trust Level also gives plenty of rewards. While not as strong as Rina or Ellen, Ben is still a powerful character if built right, making it important to get the most out of his hangouts and Trust Events. His playstyle is also fun to engage in during combat.
