Infinity Nikki offers gorgeous outfits infused with special powers but players who want to evolve their old outfits with new designs can do so using Calm Thoughts; here are the easiest and best ways to get them.
Each outfit in Infinity Nikki has some sort of ability, serving as a cutesy substitute for traditional weapons. Nikki can use them to purify Esselings and move forward in her quest to find the Miracle Outfit that will save the world. It’s a long journey, and fashion lovers might find themselves itching to swap outfits more frequently than the average Infinity Nikki player. To cater to these players, InFold has introduced outfit evolution to the game. Unlocking this feature is no simple task, though.
Certain ingredients are required to evolve an outfit, and while most are readily available, one ingredient requires players to jump through a few hoops.
To evolve an outfit, players need Bling, Thread of Purity, and Calm Thoughts. The first two can be claimed by roaming around Wishfield, but Calm Thoughts are claimed by unlocking a challenge and doing it every week until you get the desired number of Calm Thoughts. After collecting all three materials, an outfit can be evolved.

To get Calm Thoughts in Infinity Nikki, players must unlock the Realm of Breakthrough domain, which becomes available after a certain point in the main storyline.
It will get unlocked after completing Chapter 7’s main task, which is to beat an Esseling boss. Completing the task rewards players with three Calm Thoughts, only a portion of the seven needed to evolve an outfit.
To gather more, players can take on challenges at activated Warp Spires scattered across the map. Simply start the challenge, defeat the boss, and earn three Calm Thoughts. However, this domain challenge can only be completed once a week.
This means players must complete the challenge at least three times to evolve a single outfit. Once all seven Calm Thoughts are collected, use them with Bling and Threads of Purity to unlock stylish new patterns, colors, or designs for a simple outfit. Though lengthy, this is the only consistent way to obtain Calm Thoughts in Infinity Nikki.
Is there any way to obtain Calm Thoughts quickly?
Players can only obtain a guaranteed three Calm Thoughts per week, though in-game events and microtransactions can offer access to more.
The only other method to get more Calm Thoughts beyond the weekly limit is through pre-registration. This is only available for those who signed up for the rewards in advance, and is no longer available after the game’s launch.
Players can also expect to get extra Calm Thoughts periodically over time. Gacha games often run a constant churn of limited-time events, giveaways, and promo codes that offer players easier access to materials and in-game currency. Infinity Nikki will do the same over time, though not every event will offer Calm Thoughts to players.
Regardless, Calm Thoughts are time-gated resources. More often than not, players will have to make do with the three they get per week.
