Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 release date revealed, battle pass info

modern warfare 3 season 3

Sledgehammer Games has announced the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Season 3 release date and what new content players can look forward to.

Season 2 is winding down and a brand new season of warfare is about to start. In usual Call of Duty fashion, the new season will also launch with a batch of fresh content to keep players engaged. The previous season had big-name collaborations with The Walking Dead, Dune: Part 2, and Warhammer 40,000, and the new season is set to continue this trend.

Fans of Call of Duty: Zombies were underwhelmed by Season 2 and so far. Activision has been silent about the previously hyped mode. While Modern Warfare 3, Warzone, Call of Duty: Mobile, and now Warzone Mobile are getting constant updates, fans feel the Zombies mode isn’t getting enough love.

Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 release date and time details

The Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is arriving on Wednesday, April 3. An exact time hasn’t been confirmed but new updates usually hit all platforms at 11 am ET, 9 am PT, and 5 pm BST.

The new season will bring two free base weapons including the SK Sierra, a lightweight marksman rifle with a high fire rate, and the close-range-specialized Renetti pistol. Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 will also launch two new operators, Alex and Ronin, complete with various skins. As is tradition, Season 3 will also include new skins for existing operators.

New modes Quads, Scopes, and Scatter Guns will also launch with the season. Three new maps will be available in base Modern Warfare 3; Talsik Backlot, Havoc Sawmill, and Aniyah Incursion.

Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 Battle Pass

The next Battle Pass will include operator unlocks, 1,300 CoD Points, weapon blueprints, Operator Skins, and more.

Well-known Call of Duty leaker Hyp0esthesia released information about four new weapons that are potentially coming to the game including EM1, AMS1, BAL27, and MORS. These are all guns from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Previously, data mines from Bob Network UK revealed Cheech and Chong, Devin Booker (NBA Player), and Snoop Dogg might be operator bundles in the new season. Call of Duty Warzone will also see the return of Rebirth Island while Zombies Mode is not mentioned by Sledgehammer Games.
