Star Wars Outlaws: Where to find & how to get the Rehidden Stash

For many players, finding the Waterfall Hidden Stash and the Rehidden Stash, is going to be the most frustrating things players deal with in Star Wars Outlaws; but while it might seem broken, the problem is easily solved.

Once players land on Toshara and advance through a couple of story missions, they’re suddenly thrown into the “real” game. This sees Kay scouring planets for work, double-crossing her newfound allies, and digging up buried treasure. The Waterfall Stash mission is almost literally that lattermost category.

The trouble is that while players might be able to find the stash quickly, they can easily find themselves unable to actually get it. Here’s what to do to finish this mission, and what to do if it seems like the questline is broken.

Players can find the Waterfall Stash at the base of the cliffs to the southwest of Jaunta’s Hope.

While years of playing video games might leave people running Kay through the waterfalls, the mission’s name isn’t completely accurate. Instead of being behind a waterfall, the item that players are looking for is actually in a cave nestled in between some of the waterfalls. Regardless of the semantics, players will be disappointed to find that the stash is no longer there. Instead, they’re greeted with a note chiding the owner for using such an obvious hiding spot.

Kay will then be tasked with finding the Rehidden Stash, which is found at the Sopashi Farm east of Jaunta’s Hope. The Sopashi Farm has two buildings; one with a mother and daughter arguing and one that is seemingly inaccessible. The stash is located in the seemingly inaccessible building, though Kay can also butt her way into a familial argument between the people she’s robbing.

What to do if you can’t reach the Rehidden Stash

Players need to advance in the Star Wars Outlaws story if they can’t access the Rehidden Stash.

Kay can get access to the Waterfall Stash side quest before she has all the tools she needs to complete it. This might leave players thinking that the Rehidden Stash is actually unreachable and the Waterfall Stash quest is broken or bugged. Star War Outlaws‘ buggy early access period and performance issues might have players thinking there’s an issue, but might not be the case.

The Ion Module needs to be added to Kay’s blaster before players can reach the Rehidden Stash. This is done during a main quest mission, at the behest of the Crimson Dawn‘s Danka.

Once players have the Ion Module, they can get the Rehidden Stash by looking through the window and ordering Nix to open a shutter. While Nix holds it open, shoot the device inside it with the blaster while it’s set to fire ions. The door will open if the shots hit the target, offering access to the Rehidden Stash.
