Among the ten ability outfits in Infinity Nikki, the Floral Gliding Outfit gives Nikki a whole new view of Miraland– from high up in the skies. With the right sketch and materials, this set can be obtained for free.
In Infinity Nikki, style meets skill. Wandering through Miraland’s gorgeous scenery and completing a series of quests require more than a sharp fashion sense. Besides dressing up, players will need to pick up skills like grooming animals, catching bugs, playing a musical instrument, and so on, and that’s all thanks to Ability Outfits. The Floral Gliding outfit becomes available once Nikki reaches Stoneville and gets through the third chapter of the main quest, the Wish Collector’s Crisis.
Unlike the Floating outfit, which only lets Nikki float for a short while before gravity pulls her down, this Floral Gliding or the Floral Memory keeps her in the air much longer, though only in specific areas of Miraland.
How to craft Infinity Nikki Floral Gliding Outfit
Here’s how to craft the Floral Gliding Outfit, which is essential to traverse certain areas in Inifity Nikki.
After a quick chat with an NPC named Spindle, open Heart of Infinity and grab the Floral Memory sketch by submitting one Whimstar. Then, go to Sketches and tap Ability Outfits to find the Floral Memory set.
Here is the list of all materials players need to collect to craft all pieces of this outfit.
- 1 Sunpetal Sheet
- 3 Foodie Bee
- 2 Pearl Wings
- 3 Florascent Wool
- 360 Thread of Purity
- 30,000 Bling
The Sunpetal Sheet is given to Nikki at the same time as the Floral Memory sketch. On the flip side, Foodie Bee (Bug Catching Outfit), Pearl Wings (Bug Catching Outfit), and Florascent Wool (Animal Grooming Outfit) can be found in the overworld.
Players can also wear the evolved version, Floral Memory: Gleam. To craft it, simply recreate the outfit using the same materials, go to Evolution, select Floral Memory, and click on Evolve.
Evolving Floral Memory outfit will require the following materials.
- 7 Calm Thoughts
- 100 Thread of Purity
- 30,000 Bling
How to glide in Infinity Nikki
Players will need to craft and equip the Floral Gliding Outfit in order to glide in Infinity Nikki.
Getting around the overworld becomes tougher once players enter Stoneville and the Abandoned District. With towering cliffs and islands spread far apart, a simple float through Bubbly Voyage just won’t cut it, and that’s where gliding comes in.
As players progress through the third and fourth chapters of the main quest, they’ll be using the gliding outfit a lot. These hour-long quests will have Nikki traveling long distances, hopping from island to island with the help of skypasses and wind currents.
To initiate gliding, jump off the edge of a platform and quickly switch to the ability outfit as Nikki launches into the air. She’ll then ride a giant flower through the air, gliding over long distances while draining stamina. Once the stamina is exhausted, she’ll drop down immediately. Luckily, there’s no fall damage to worry about.
Whether it’s hunting whimstars, opening chests, or solving puzzles, players will rely on the Floating Gliding outfit often. The only catch is that it’s restricted to Stoneville and the Abandoned District, and cannot be used elsewhere.
