Arcane, the animated television show based off champions from League of Legends, has released the first of three acts on Netflix. Given the show’s major success, it’s no surprise that Riot would want to make events in the games that inspired the whole thing. From skins to event passes, there isn’t a lack of Arcane content currently available.
For fans looking to participate in the Arcane Season 2 in-game events, here’s where to find them and what rewards can be earned.

All Arcane Season 2 in-game events for Valorant, League of Legends
Four different games are offering Arcane Season 2 in-game events in one form or another: League of Legends, Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactics, and Valorant. Each event provides its own exclusive rewards, and interested players only have a limited time to unlock them all.
League of Legends
The League developer team is pulling out all of the stops for their in-game Arcane events. To kick off the celebration, the new ARAM map dropped on November 6 and will be available until January 8. Additionally, players have the option of playing through all three acts of Arcane with one major difference; Jinx somehow doesn’t ruin everything this time. In Jinx Fixes Everything, players complete an escape room-style situation and can get the Arcane Shimmer Lab Singed skin. This mode is available starting on November 12, with a week between act releases.
The biggest event updates come with patch 14.23 on November 20, 2024. Players can get the Legendary Arcane Brawler Vi skin for 1820 RP and the Arcane Commander Caitlyn skin for 1350 RP. Other upcoming updates include:
- Arcane event missions with XP
- ARAM event missions with XP
- Three different Arcane 2024 Passes, with the highest level reward being the Prestige Arcane Commander Caitlyn chroma
Players have until December 30 to purchase and complete all of the Arcane-themed in-game event items and passes. From everything that Riot has planned for League, there’s more than enough to keep even the most plugged-in fan busy until then.
Wild Rift
Wild Rift has two major events celebrating Arcane Season 2. First, the Arcane Pass runs from November 7 to January 15, with a premium pass coming out on November 26. Players have to complete missions on either of the tracks and finish milestones to earn rewards. Prizes on the free track include:
- Arcane Pass vouchers (100 Wild Cores each)
- Keys of Ingenuity
- Blue Motes
- Chainbreaker Vi Skin
Unlocking the Arcane Pass vouchers can provide a discount for the premium pass. Premium rewards include baubles, Poro energy, and a Prodigy Jinx Skin. For those looking to upgrade, the premium pass costs 1100 Wild Cores without getting all of the vouchers.
Players can also participate in Arcane: Battle of Twin Cities from November 7 to November 27. To begin, a player chooses either Zaun or Piltover and earns points through missions such as logging in or completing daily trivia. They can then pick one of 21 contested blocks and add their points, with the ultimate goal of having their city take control of at least 11 blocks.
Individual high scores can earn players Blue Motes, Poro Energy, an Ambessa Medarda emote, and more. As a faction, the rewards increase in scale and include a Thorns of Fury emblem and a Steps of Honor Icon border. Finally, the winning team will earn one of two profile icons to be claimed by December 4.
Teamfight Tactics
Teamfight Tactics is hosting an Into the Arcane in-game event, starting on November 20. Players can unlock a free pass with free cosmetic rewards. Those who want more, like Coven Shork or access to a new arena, can upgrade to the Pass+ for 1,295 RP. The event also includes a new cast that are a mix of League champions and Arcane exclusive characters, separated into two categories and twenty-six traits. New and old faces include Enforcers Maddie and Loris and Chem-Barons Singed and Silco.
Additionally, patch 14.23 brings a new mechanic called the Anomaly. With sixty different effects, players can spend gold to decide who changes and how – permanently. Effects can cause characters to duplicate, shoot lasers from their eyes, and more.
Other smaller features include the new Arcane Jinx Unbound player avatar, a themed arena titled Down to The Last Drop. and Arcane chibis. All of these will be available either in the Treasure Realms or the Rotating shop for a limited time.
Valorant
Unlike Riot’s other games, players can get their hands on the Arcane items in Valorant just by going to the shop. After a post on Weibo revealed the prospect of new skins earlier in the year, fans have been waiting for the official reveal. The long-awaited Arcane Season 2 Collector Set is now available to purchase from November 7 until December 5 for 5,925 VP. Bundled weapons skins and cosmetics include:
- Arcane Vandal
- Arcane Gauntlets
- Arcane Sisters player card
- Arcane Enforcer Gun Buddy
- BLAH Spray
Between November 16-23, Twitch drops are also enabled for certain Valorant content creators. Those who watch for at least an hour can earn a limited edition Jinx card.
From League of Legends to Wild Rift, fans have a lot of Arcane in-game events to keep themselves busy with. The next act of Arcane debuts on November 16, with more surprises and potential champions to come.
