The Call of Duty: Black Ops games have always prioritized Zombies mode and new leaks suggest Black Ops 6 will continue that trend, perhaps even moreso.
Call of Duty Zombies are a big reason fans purchase Treyarch’s games. Black Ops Cold War introduced open-world zombie mayhem in addition to traditional round-based maps. Some fans just enjoy the zombie experience while ignoring multiplayer completely, so having a solid undead-focused mode is essential to Treyarch’s CoD releases.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will keep the zombie momentum going. Evidence of this has surfaced in a series of leaked skins, all of which have a zombie theme. Included in this are zombie skins for popular operators, including Frank Woods.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Vault Edition packed with Zombies content
A Black Ops 6 leak shows four operator skins packaged in the Vault Edition of the game, which put the Zombies mode front and center.
Twitter user @Earthbound_Fan posted a series of images that appear to be marketing materials Black Ops 6. This includes promotional images of pre-order bonuses and logos for the different versions the game will have at launch. Frank Woods, Klaus, and Brutus all appear in these discoveries.
Brutus is a classic Call of Duty Zombies enemy. He’s a heavy zombie who first appeared as the Warden in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
Klaus is a comparatively new addition to the zombies mode. Introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Klaus is a robot that can help players and was a buildable utility character in the map Mauer der Toten. Other characters in the picture are believed to be Adler and Park, both Black Ops Cold War characters.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 pre-order bonuses likely revealed
A Frank Woods skin for Call of Duty: Warzone will likely be included as a pre-order bonus for Black Ops 6.
The preorder bonus includes Frank Woods in standard-issue military attire including camo across a variety of pouches and holsters. Traditionally, pre-order bonuses for Warzone unlock immediately once the standalone game is available for preorder. Will Saddam Hussein be an operator or will fans get a zombie version in Black Ops 6? That remains to be seen.
The same poster showed another image with three Frank Woods skins. One is the alleged preorder bonus, one is a zombie version, and the other is the “The numbers Mason, what do they mean?” skin.
Activision has yet to announce any preorder bonuses, and it’s also unknown if Game Pass users can obtain any.
