A key reason behind its high player count is that it’s on multiple platforms, including the PlayStation 5. Additionally, cross-progression lets players continue their adventure on whichever platform they want while keeping the same account details.
By linking their PS5 and HoYoverse account information, Genshin Impact fans can figure out what accounts have cross-progress in them. However, some players may find it difficult to find their login and account information on the PS5 version of Genshin Impact, leading to difficulty when enabling the cross-progression feature. PlayStation 5 players can find their Genshin Impact login and account information from the user center.
