ZZZ: All Pulchra materials for ascension, maxing out skills

zenless zone zero pulchra

Evelyn and Qingyi will get a long run atop ZZZ’s limited-time banners and that offers some extra opportunity to pre-farm materials for 1.6 characters like Pulchra.

Zenless Zone Zero players got a welcome surprise when HoYoverse revealed that Pulchra was being added as a playable character. Her reveal gave players the first example of an enemy in the game becoming a playable character. Not only that but she added a much-needed new A-rank agent to the game, the first new A-rank agent since Seth arrived in version 1.1.

As a physical stunner under the Sons of Calydon banner, Pulchra is set to be a powerful addition to the game and will have natural synergy with characters like Jane Doe, Piper, and Burnice. Players will be able to get her, and some of her mindscapes, without much trouble. But of course, she’s still going to need plenty of materials to do work on the field.

All Pulchra ascension materials

Pulchra requires the standard roundup of Stun Certification Seals for her ascensions. Here’s the full breakdown and what levels they unlock:

  • Level 20: 4 Basic Stun Certification Seal and 24,000 Dennies
  • Level 30: 12 Advanced Stun Certification Seal and 56,000 Dennies
  • Level 40: 20 Advanced Stun Certification Seal and 120,000 Dennies
  • Level 50: 10 Buster Certification Seal and 200,000 Dennies
  • Level 60: 20 Buster Certification Seal and 400,000 Dennies

These materials are the same ones used to raise up every other stun agent from Lighter to Anby. Not that one, though. Alongside the Stun Certification Seals, players are going to need 800,000 Dennies to unlock level 60 for her.

When it comes to Stun Certification Seals, the only viable source is visiting the HIA Club and blowing through battery charge. A few can be purchased from the 147 Convenience Store, but not enough to get her to level 60.

As for Dennies, players can get them through a variety of means but the demands of raising up a new character always seem to exceed any preparations. Dennies can be had by completing missions, winning fights, managing Random Play, and through the HIA. Once again though, players will likely have to get much of this through the HIA.

All Pulchra skill materials in ZZZ

Pulchra will require loads of Physical Chips and Dennies to raise up her skills. Here’s a full breakdown of the materials required for maxing out a skill on Pulchra, without accounting for mindscapes:

  • Level 2: 2 Basic Physical Chips, 2,000 Dennies
  • Level 3: 3 Basic Physical Chips, 3,000 Dennies
  • Level 4: 2 Advanced Physical Chips and 6,000 Dennies
  • Level 5: 3 Advanced Physical Chips and 9,000 Dennies
  • Level 6: 4 Advanced Physical Chips and 12,000 Dennies
  • Level 7: 6 Advanced Physical Chips and 18,000 Dennies
  • Level 8: 5 Specialized Physical Chips and 45,000 Dennies
  • Level 9: 8 Specialized Physical Chips and 67,500 Dennies
  • Level 10: 10 Specialized Physical Chips and 90,000 Dennies
  • Level 11: 12 Specialized Physical Chips and 112,500 Dennies
  • Level 12: 15 Specialized Physical Chips, 1 Hamster Cage Pass, and 135,000 Dennies

Physical Chips can be acquired a few different ways. A handful of free Physical Chips can be acquired each day by having physical agents work as Random Play’s promoter. Jane Doe, Caesar, and Nekomata all give players five Basic Physical Chips per day.

Players can also check out the Fading Signal shop to get some. Fading Signal can be converted into a number of Advanced Physical Chips, which can then be broken down or combined to raise her faster. But once again, players will have to visit the HIA to raise skills up to a high level.

All Pulchra core skill boss materials

ZZZ players will need to farm bosses Corrupted Overlord Pompey and Hans – Energized for the materials to max out Pulchra’s core skills. Here’s the full breakdown of what she needs.

  • 5,000 Dennies
  • 2 Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice and 12,000 Dennies
  • 4 Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice and 28,000 Dennies
  • 9 Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice, 2 Scarlet Engine, and 60,000 Dennies
  • 15 Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice, 3 Scarlet Engine, and 100,000 Dennies
  • 30 Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice, 4 Scarlet Engine, and 200,000 Dennies

Corrupted Overlord Pompey is an unsurprising requirement, as the boss is synonymous with the Sons of Calydon faction. Players can get Scarlet Engines by beating him in Notorious Hunts. There are three available each week, alongside the ability to fight him more for 60 battery charge.

As for Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice, players will once again have to beat the Hans – Energized many times over. Pulchra and Evelyn share these boss materials, so Zenless Zone Zero players will be roughing up that mini-boss over the coming month.
